④Yokohama Nori Bento

We make efforts of Local Production for Local Consumption.

We actively use ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama representative product. The Yokohama Nori Bento “Salmon” won the “Excellence Award” out of 40,000 products in the 2021 Grand Prix race.


Salmon → Homemade Salted Salmon inherited from the long-established fresh fish shop “Tanoji” in Tobe, Yokohama
Seaweed → Blue mixed seaweed from Tsutakane Shoten, Yokohama Central Market
Eggs → Fresh Yokohama eggs from Yokohama Tsuzuki ‘Orimo Poultry Farm’.
Soy sauce → Whole soybeans from the long-established Yokohama Soy Sauce Shop.
Sababushi → Mixed Muro from Nagano Katsuobushi, a long-established store in Yokohama use.

We receive many orders for the year-end and New Year holidays.

On 2021 we have Introduced food catering trucks, mainly for crews on large overseas passenger ships entering Yokohama Port (Osanbashi and Daikoku Wharf). In order to increase the satisfaction of food at Yokohama Port, with the permission of City of Yokohama, the food service are being offered alongside the passenger ship.

Originally, the food at the time of cruising was a basic cuisine of Buffet format on a large platter.

Due to the influence of Corona, one-dish style food has become mainstream. We have partnered with "Reserved Cruise", which is based in Yokohama Port and cruising around. We are offering 1 BOX of "TAMATEBAKO" cuisine, 1 per person.
